At FlexxDNA (operated by Flexx Symbol, LLC), your privacy is fundamental to our infrastructure. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, application, and performance coaching services.

Wellness community messaging

If you submit the FlexxDNA Wellness Community form, we collect the phone number you provide, any optional first name and audience interests you select, and your consent record. We use this information to record and manage your request and, if messaging is later enabled, to provide the informational and marketing text messages described in the form’s consent language.

SMS integration is pending and message delivery is not currently confirmed. Phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the platform if such messaging services are configured. You can use the management option shown after submitting to request withdrawal of your community request. Keyword opt-out handling has not been verified.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & Intake Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email, phone number, and physical statistics (such as height and weight) to establish your baseline profile.
• Wellness & Performance Data: As you use the platform, we collect check-in data, body scan inputs, workout logs, nutrition tracking, and wellness goals. If you provide raw DNA data or microbiome reports, we process these securely to build your personalized protocols.
• Usage & Analytics: We automatically collect standard technical information about how you interact with our application (such as browser type, IP address, and feature usage) to improve our service.
• Payment Information: Subscriptions and purchases are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to operate the FlexxDNA infrastructure, including:

• Creating and delivering your customized performance, training, and metabolic plans.
• Tracking your progress and calibrating weekly protocols through coach reviews and AI assistance.
• Communicating with you regarding your account, plan updates, and support requests.
• Sending essential service notifications and permitted performance insights.
• Improving the safety, reliability, and effectiveness of our platform.

3. Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted third-party service providers required to run our business, such as:

• Payment Processors: For secure payment processing and subscription management.
• Communication Platforms: For delivering crucial emails and managing coaching call schedules.
• Hosting & Database Partners: To securely store and serve your encrypted application data.
• AI Providers: To assist our coaches in structuring plans and drafting reports. Any data shared with these models is strictly scoped and not used by the provider to train public models.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. If you cancel your membership, your performance data remains securely archived so you can seamlessly resume your progress later, unless you request permanent deletion.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can update your intake and profile information directly within the member portal.
