Welcome to FlexxDNA, operated by Flexx Symbol, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or using our performance infrastructure, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Wellness community text-message requests

Submitting the FlexxDNA Wellness Community form records your request and consent for recurring informational and marketing text messages as described beside the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. SMS integration is pending; message delivery and keyword-based STOP or HELP handling are not currently verified or represented as active. Where a management option is provided with your request, you may use it to submit a request to withdraw.

1. Memberships and Subscriptions

FlexxDNA offers multiple membership tiers. Your access to tools, plans, and coaching depends on your active tier.

• Trials: Free trials, when offered, are strictly for new subscribers. If you have previously held a subscription, you will be billed immediately upon checkout.
• Payments: By starting a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the member billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will end at the close of your current billing cycle.
• Commitments: Certain premium tiers require an upfront application and may enforce a multi-month commitment term. If you accept a committed term, you agree to maintain your subscription for that duration.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during intake so we can tailor our protocols effectively.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access our systems using unauthorized methods.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, design, text, graphics, and underlying software provided by FlexxDNA are the intellectual property of Flexx Symbol, LLC. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and your personalized plans for your own individual performance goals. You may not distribute, reproduce, or sell our proprietary systems or content.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party tools (such as payment gateways, scheduling systems, and email providers). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these external services. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective terms and policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexx Symbol, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
